Certainly. You may opt for self-collection at our office (9 Tagore Lane #04-24 9@Tagore, Singapore 787472) during operating hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm; Saturday 8.30am to 2pm). Please select your desired collection date upon check out.

Mondays to Saturdays (excluding public holidays and peak periods) – For same day delivery, orders are to be placed and confirmed before 11am. Our delivery time slots available will be as follows:

  • Between 1.30pm and 10.30pm on the same day; or
  • Before 12pm the following day.

 

Saturdays (excluding public holidays and peak periods) – For orders placed and confirmed after 2pm, the earliest delivery time slot is between 9.30am and 10.30pm the following Monday.

 

Sundays & public holidays – For orders placed and confirmed any time of the day, the earliest delivery time slot is between 1.30pm and 10.30pm the next working day.

 

Peak periods* – Our only delivery time slot is between 9.30am and 10.30pm. Pre-orders are required to be made for deliveries during our peak periods. 

 

*Our peak periods are Chinese New Year, Valentine’s day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.

Yes, delivery charge per location of S$10 applies.

Deliveries to Sentosa / Cargo Complex* / PSA / Marina Bay Sands*/ Jurong Island* / Jewel* / PLQ* / Army camps will incur delivery charges of S$18.

*Please note that for security purposes, the building management’s security office requires submission of the license plate of our floral transport vehicle. As such, either you or your recipient will need to contact the building management’s security office directly to arrange for the required paperwork and clearances. Should there be a non-delivery due to clearance matters, we will not be held accountable.

Please be informed that our policy is to notify the sender or recipient via a call if recipient is not available at the point of delivery. In the event both sender and recipient are uncontactable, our driver will only wait up to 10 minutes. After which, the orders will either be left with the neighbour for recipient’s self-collection or will be sent back to our warehouse, whichever deemed appropriate at our discretion. Kindly note that a minimum of S$15 fee will be imposed for any re-deliveries.

For any amendments to your order, please email us at sales@apfloral.com.sg with your order number as the subject. Alternatively, you may WhatsApp us at +65 8481 1488 for any order amendments. Please note that applications must be made at least 48 hours prior to delivery date. You should also receive a confirmation to ensure applications are successful.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to process changes to orders that have been prepared and/or in transit. Similarly, no order amendments will be allowed during peak periods such as Chinese New Year, Valentine’s day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.

Cancellations may only be processed where

  1. we have not started preparing your order;
  2. the order has yet to be shipped out for delivery; and
  3. the item is scheduled for a future delivery date. 

 

A minimum of S$10 cancellation fees apply.
